GrameenPhone Zainul-Quamrul painting contest

Professor Mahmudul Haque, director general, Bangladesh National Museum, and Rubaba Dawla Matin, head of marketing, GrameenPhone Ltd jointly inaugurated the exhibition at Bangladesh National Museum in the city.

Some 4000 children from 30 countries participated in the competition this year. Among them, 200 received awards and prizes. The exhibition will run from June 18-22 from 10:00am to 5:00pm at the National Museum. Prize giving ceremony will be held on June 23.

The annual event is organised by Gendaria Kisholoy Kachi-Kanchar Mela and GrameenPhone is sponsoring it for the second time. Advisers of the Kachi-Kanchar Mela, Professor Abdus Sayed, Shafiur Rahman, Jalal Uddin, Morshed Chowdhury, Saidur Rahman, Sahidullah Minu and Abu Tahar were also present on the occasion.
