Antar Showbiz donation for Rotary Club

The money was collected from the sales proceeds of Indian Idol Show organised by Antar Showbiz Ltd to support the community and social service projects such as free computer training for the poor students and others, to provide free gynecological treatment to the poor women of rural areas and for creating awareness about HIV/Aids among the young people through workshops and seminars.

Bangladesh Bank Governor Dr Saleh Uddin Ahmed in his speech as chief guest lauded the services rendered by the Rotary Club of Dhaka North West for the last 29 years. He urged the Rotarians to renew their pledge of "Service Above Self" to help create more jobs for poverty alleviation.

Club President Rotarian Golam Mostafa thanked Shopon Chowdhury for his financial support to the Club projects. He said the Club will continue its community, social and humanitarian services.
