2 rice mill staffs killed in boiler blast

The dead are Rakib, 15, and Chand, 20. Rakib died on the spot and Chand on the way to Rangpur Medical College and Hospital (RMCH).

Two of the injured--Hamid and Majida Begum--were admitted to the RMCH in a critical condition, while the remaining three given first aid.

Police and locals said the boiler exploded at around 8:00pm with a big bang when the workers were boiling rice.
