Training for local NGOs begins today
A capacity development training programme for the first batch of the local NGOs will begin at Rajendrapur in Gazipur today, says a press release.
The week-long training on financial management will be conducted by Brac and has been organised in collaboration with the Federation of NGOs in Bangladesh (FNB).
A total of 500 participants will receive the training in phases of 20 batches by August this year at different Training and Resource Centres (Tarc) of Brac.
Another training on land laws for the NGOs of northern districts, conducted by the Association for Land Reform and Development (ALRD) in collaboration with FNB, will begin in Dhaka on June 20. This will be the second course on land laws.
