Int'l Museum Day observed

She was inaugurating a daylong programme in observance of International Museum Day at Poet Sufia Kamal Auditorium of the National Museum.

With Vice-Chancellor of Dhaka University Prof SMA Fayes in the chair, the function was also addressed by Director General of National Museum Prof Mahmudul Haque and Noor Hossain Talukder.

"Museum helps the human being in creating bridge with culture. It is an ideal place of developing culture. The total cultural identity of a nation can be found in a museum," she added.
