Hearing of bail petition of Quayum not held

District and Sessions Judge Mohammad Azizul Islam fixed May 11 for the hearing following an appeal of Quayum's lawyer Advocate Afraz Afghan Chowd-hury for time.

He said in his petition that the papers of another case filed under ammunition act against his client was not given to him where Quayum was shown arrest.

Besides, the hearing on a petition filed by the plaintiff for further investigation into the ammunition case will be held today. The hearing of the revision case filed by plaintiff's lawyer Majid Khan will be held on May 10.

Majid Khan filed the case challenging the court order rejecting the appeal of further investigation on the charge sheet of the murder case.
