'Two candidates violating electoral rules'

He said that the two main candidates in the mayoral race had been availing of the undue facilities of their posts and using government properties and logistics in carrying out electoral campaigns.

They are also spending huge money in violation of the electoral rules and creating an uneven competition, he said.
