IT training programme opens

Seoung Ung Park, ambassador of the Republic of Korea, inaugurated the programme, which is conducted under a project implemented by a four-member Korean Development Corps Volunteers team, assigned by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).
Speaking on the occasion, the Korean ambassador highlighted the DYD's role in turning the youths into a productive workforce enabling them to become self-reliant. He assured of sending more teams to Bangladesh in diversified fields of interest.
Syed Shujauddin Ahmed, secretary of the Ministry of Youth & Sports, Lee Jung Wook, resident representative of KOICA, and SM Waliur Rahman, director general of DYD, were also present.
