Discussion on cardiac diseases

Organized by the National Press Club, the meeting was held at its VIP lounge at 10:00am.

Press Club President Reazuddin Ahmed presided it over while General Secretary Shaukat Mahmood delivered the welcome address.

The main speaker in the discussion, Dr Kit V Arom, director and chief cardiac surgeon of Bangkok Heart Hospital, pointed out various important aspects regarding prevention, treatments and other areas of cardiac diseases.

Dr Asit Baran Adhikary, director and chief cardiac surgeon of Khawja Younus Ali Medical College Hospital of Sirajganj gave a presentation on various cardiac diseases and their treatments.

International Marketing Executive of Bangkok Hospital Jane Bailey was present at the discussion, which was conducted by Saiful Alam, convener of Seminar Sub-committee and Farid Hossain, senior vice president of the Press Club.
