The prosecution story in brief is that Daulatpur thana police recovered a bullet-riddled body from behind the Nazrul Islam Hall of Govt BL College on December 14, 2001. The body was later identified as Azim Molla of Shiromoni under Khanjahan Ali thana in the city.
