Islamic course for children
These classes are a building block towards social interaction, identity development and moral and character building. The essence of these courses is to teach the basic principles of peace and tolerance in Islam and elementary values applicable in various aspects of life.
These courses are offered in English in a modern Islamic education system. The six-month course will begin on April 2. Classes will be held every Saturday from 4.00pm to 5.00pm for the children aged between 5 and 7 years and from 5.00pm to 6.00pm for the children aged between 8 and 12 years.
Salma Rahman, principal of Willes Little Flower Higher Secondary School, will be the chief conductor. The deadline for registration is March 30 and no registration fee is required. For further information, interested persons can contact the Institute at House # 22, Road # 27, Block # K, Banani.
