One killed in Pabna clashes

The clash first occurred on Tuesday night over the irrigation of land.

Police said a group of people from Haturia went to watering their field on the night, but another group from Jagannathpur resisted them.

Next morning, the two groups were engaged in armed clashes that left one Amir Ali, 35, of Haturia dead and 30 others injured.
