2 killed in road accident on Dhaka-Tangail highway

Of them, Anwar Hossain, 32, a driver of an ambulance, died on the spot while Abdullah, 38, managing director of Titas Gas Company, died at Dhaka Medical College Hospital.

Three others, injured in the accident, were admitted to Mirzapur Kumudini Hospital.

Police said the accident occurred when a truck laden with cement collided with an ambulance of Titas Gas Company at Soydana under Mirzapur upazila at about 4:00am.
