FM shocked at Indian temple deaths
Foreign Minister M Morshed Khan yesterday expressed deep condolences at the loss of lives caused by fire and stampede at the Mandhradevi temple in Maharastra in India.
"I am deeply saddened to learn about the loss of lives caused by the fire and stampede at the Mandhradevi temple," he said in a message to his Indian counterpart Natwar Singh.
The foreign minister conveyed sympathies to the members of the bereaved families 'who have lost their near and dear ones in the tragedy.'
