28 rescued while being trafficked to India

The poor chaps who hail from Barisal region told BDR that an organised group of traffickers brought them with promise of lucrative jobs across the border. They said each of them had paid Tk 700 to the traffickers.

BDR handed them over to the police to ensure their safe return home. None of the traffickers could be arrested.
