French envoy meets Hasina
French Ambassador Jacques Andre Costilhes made a courtesy call on Leader of the Opposition in Parliament Sheikh Hasina at her Dhanmondi house.
They discussed matters of bilateral interest.
Trade and economic cooperation between Dhaka and Paris as well as domestic political issues came up for discussion during the meeting, Awami League sources said.
Party leaders Saber Hossain Chowdhury and Momtaz Hossain were present.
