Mayor seeks cooperation of city dwellers

Khoka made the call while he was inaugurating the newly-constructed fountain on Farmgate road island under the city beautification programme, a DCC release said.

"The image of the country would enhance abroad if we could be able to keep the city neat and clean," he said.

Khoka lauded for its role the government in planting saplings at different intersections and medians, and for setting up fountains and monuments for beautifying the capital city.

Officials of concerned private organisations, DCC officials and representatives from media were present.
