Three receive burn injuries in Comilla

The injured are Kohinoor, 25, wife of Naimul Hassan, her nephew Kawsar, 13, and her one and a half-year-old son Sakib.

Kohinoor and Sakib had burns in the face, neck and chest while Kawsaw in the hands.

The injured were rushed to local thana health complex the same night and later shifted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital in the morning. But finding no bed in the hospital, Naimul admitted them to a local clinic.

Kohinoor said her brother-in-law Mintu, who had a feud with Naimul, threw acid on them from the rooftop at about 1:30am.

A resident of 80/A Siddeshwari Circular Road under Ramna Police Station, Kohinoor went to her village at Jampura under Chowddagram a couple of months ago to mend her house.
