Abdul Matin hospitalised
Language movement veteran Abdul Matin was hospitalised on Thursday immediately after he fell sick while addressing a function at Osmani Memorial Hall auditorium.
He was now undergoing treatment at Shaheed Suhrawardy Hospital.
President of Workers Party Rashed Khan Menon and General Secretary Bimal Biswas, Jatiya Krishak Samity President Anisur Rahman Mallik and General Secretary Aminur Islam Golap visited him at the hospital yesterday.
They called for forming a special medical board to treat the language movement veteran.
