Bailey bridge collapses in Comilla

Local people said the bridge caved in when a rice-laden truck was crossing it. The truck was carrying rice for the government food godown at Brahmanpara.

Nine more trucks carrying rice from Dinajpur remained stranded following the collapse of the Bailey bridge.
