Arrest of BCL leader condemned
Bangladesh Chhatra League President Liakat Sikder and General Secretary Nazrul Islam Babu in a statement yesterday condemned the arrest of its central committee member, S M Quayum, says a press release.
Protesting the country- wide mass arrest of Awami League and BCL leaders, they demanded unconditional and immediate release of S M Quayum.
The student community will launch tougher movement if Quayum is not released immediately, they added.
