Rab nabs listed criminal in city
Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested a listed criminal along with a revolver and four bullets from Plassey crossing in Lalbag area of the city yesterday.
The arrested was identified as Jabbar, 32.
Rab sources said that acting on a tip-off, a team of Rab-2 raided the area at 7:30 pm, arrested Jabbar and seized the revolver and bullets from his possession.
Jabbar was wanted in a number of cases, including murder, police said.
