4 killed, 15 hurt in road accident

The mishap took place when a passenger pick-up van fell into a road side ditch after it was hit from behind by a Kishoreganj-bound bus from Dhaka leaving three van passengers dead on the spot at 10:30am.

Another succumbed to his injuries at Bhairab Health Complex.

Two of the deceased were identified as Kashem Mia, 40, resident of Mirzapur union of Raipura upazila of Narsingdi and Moina Begum, 35, of Mahmudabad of the same upazila.

Five were sent to different clinics of the capital in critical condition.
