No meeting held at Audit Bhaban on Sept 15 in 2001: Report
No government officials or employees held any meeting on the Audit Bhaban premises on September 15 in 2001, according to the reports of the National Security Intelligence (NSI) and the City Special Branch (CSB) of police.
Both the reports said the daily Ajker Kagoj ran a story on such meeting the next day, which was completely false, motivated and misleading.
According to the NSI report, there was no substantial evidence that the meeting was held at the Audit Bhaban or on its compound on the day.
The CSB report also cited the same reason.
Both the CSB and the NSI conducted investigations into the matter three times.
