Over 1,900 held
Police arrested 1,911 people, including a listed criminal, on various charges during their countrywide drive in last 24 hours till 6.0am yesterday.
They also recovered 11 firearms and 45 rounds of bullet and filed seven cases against 24 people under the Arms Act, said a police headquarters press release.
