Proposal to hand over management to Army Medical Corps

The Management and Development Advisory Committee of Pabna Mental Hospital, at a meeting on Monday, proposed to hand over its management to Army Medical Corps for its smooth functioning.

"A group of employees have been creating chaos in the hospital over the years with the help of local goons and held the staff hostages to their evil activities," said hospital Director Dr AKM Abdus Samad.

He also informed the meeting that the activities of the hospital at present have come to a standstill.

Referring to recent robbery incident in the hospital the director said

the meeting decided to erect a boundary wall around the hospital as security measure.

He also disclosed that medicine worth Tk one crorps would be purchased in the coming months. Abdus Sobhan MP presided.
