More changes in admin

Among the six, four recently elevated additional secretaries have been given appointments, an additional secretary has been given a new office, and a joint secretary has been transferred.

The Ministry of Establishment also issued three separate orders yesterday in this regard, according to sources.

Among the four additional secretaries, Abul Kalam Mohammad Shamsuddin has been made the chairman of Bangladesh Land Port Authority, Abul Hasnat Mohammad Shamsul Islam has been posted to the director general (DG) of Disaster Management Bureau, Kazi Abul Kashem made secretary of Public Service Commission Secretariat, and Abdul Alim Khan director general of the Directorate of Land Record and Survey.

Additional Secretary Mohammad Golam Kibria, who was earlier made officer on special duty (OSD), has been made the acting chairman of Land Reform Board, while Joint Secretary at the Cabinet Division ANM Abdul Hafiz has been transferred to assume the office of the additional DG of Water Development Board.
