It withdrew the hartal at the request of the Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI), Bangladesh Masters Stevedores Association, Bangladesh Steamer Agents Association and Federation of Chittagong Shop Owners Association at a meeting at the CCCI auditorium yesterday.

The meeting was chaired by CCCI President Amir Humayun Mahmud Chowdhury.
