The bench comprising Justice Amirul Kabir Chowdhury and Justice AFM Ali Asgor heard the appeal.

Eliza Zaman Shakti, an examinee of the 24th BCS test, and nine others, filed the writ.

Barrister Amir-Ul Islam appealed for cancellation of the test and asked the authorities to submit a probe report on the question paper leakage before the court.

Hearing of the case began yesterday and the court is expected to issue an order today.
