AL senses plot behind its MP's inclusion in charge sheet
Awami League (AL) leaders yesterday protested the inclusion of party leader and lawmaker from Raozan ABM Fazle Karim Chowdhury in the charge sheet in the Srikanta Rakshit murder case.
"The evidence suggests that Fazle Karim Chowdhury has been implicated in the case as part of a plot," said the AL leaders of Chittagong city (north and south) in a joint statement.
The statement was issued by City AL President MA Mannan, General Secretary ABM Mohiuddin Chowdhury, North District President Mosharraf Hossain, General Secretary MA Salam, South District President Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu and General Secretary Moslemuddin Ahmad.
