Tk 4500 coins seized from train, one arrested

Bari Kamal was arrested with 1.5 maunds of coins from a Rajshahi-bound Barind Express train from Parbatipur.

He was smuggling the coins to India, police said.

However, Kamal told the reporters he purchased the coins from Rangpur and was taking those to Charghat for his khoyer business.

A case filed with the Rajshahi Government Railway Police Station.
