Cabinet okays autonomy to Petrobangla instt

The approval was given at the regular weekly meeting of the cabinet held at the Prime Minister's office with Prime Minister Khaleda Zia in the chair.

The meeting also discussed issues relating to updation of the existing law to erase complexities in buying and selling lands.

A committee was also formed to this end, an official handout said last night.
