The directive came when the minister was presiding over a meeting that reviewed the status of implementation of the 2002-2003 ADP projects.

The meeting was informed that 18 projects under the ministry, three of them donor-funded, were included in the amended ADP in fiscal 2002-2003.

The shipping secretary, chairmen of BIWTA, BIWTC, Chittagong and Mongla port authorities, and senior officials concerned were present at the meeting, said an official handout.
