Charges framed against Anni, 31 others in explosive substance case
The First Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge's Court, Dhaka, yesterday framed charges against former JCD leader Shahiduddin Chowdhury Anni (presently a ruling party MP) and 31 others in an explosive substance case.
Judge Sirajul Islam fixed October 22 for trial of the case.
Two of the accused, advocate Mohammad Golam Mostafa and Mahbubul, were present in the court. But Anni and 29 others remained absent during charge-framing.
