One kg heroin recovered

On secret information, a team of detective branch (DB) of police raided House-82, Road-6, Block-A at around 5:00pm, and recovered the heroin from the room of tenant Alamgir Hossain. The heroin was produced in Pakistan, DB sources said.

Police arrested Alamgir Hossain, Rashed Billah, Moti Mondol and Gouri Lal Bepari in this connection.
