Impress Telefilm Ltd's upcoming film “Manusher Bagan” has become the first movie of 2026 to receive certification from the Bangladesh Film Certification Board. The film, directed by Nurul Alam Atique, has now officially cleared the censor process and is set for theatrical release soon.

In the midst of soaring anticipation for her upcoming film "Manusher Bagan", renowned actress Swagata has made a groundbreaking announcement that has set the showbiz circle abuzz.

“As a filmmaker, it gives me immense joy to have learnt that the film got selected in the competition category with so many notable international films,” said the “Lal Moroger Jhuti” director. “Although it took us quite a long time to bring the film to a releasable state, we really worked hard to make this project. I hope that it continues to make a mark all around the world, through different festivals.
