Dutch intelligence thwarted a Russian plot targeting global chemical weapons watchdog the OPCW in April and expelled four Russian agents, the defence minister said today.

The Russian Foreign Ministry asks the international agency that monitors chemical weapons for information about the investigation of the poisoning of a former Russian spy and his daughter in England.
