Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is sentenced to death by US jury for helping carry out the 2013 attack that killed three people and wounded 264 others.

The parents of youngest victim in the Boston marathon bombing has called on federal authorities to drop the death penalty as a possible punishment for bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

The man accused of bombing Boston Marathon in 2013 is found guilty of all 30 charges that he faced, many of which carry the death penalty.
