A prosecutor in Michigan is considering whether the squawkings of a foul-mouthed parrot may be used as evidence in a murder trial.

An African gray parrot in Ensley Township, Michigan is a possible murder witness and he is now talking, using phrases he likely heard during the murder, according to NBC affiliate WOOD-TV.
