Bondhu Tui Local Bus!

The newest song on the block is here and it has created quite a hype in a matter of 3 days. Yes, Local Bus- a collaboration between Pritom Hasan, rapper Shafayat Hossain, and our folk queen Momotaz- has taken the city by storm. The song is an excellent fusion of hip-hop and Bengali folk music, and has had over 5 lakh hits in just 3 days! The song also features a dance by Mumtaheena Chowdhury Toya. While the whole video offers a lot of comedy and rhythmic beats as a whole, one thing that this song reminded us is- Momotaz can do just about anything! On another note, Pritom, who has fused genres before with hit songs like Hey Mama Hey, and Kuddus Boyati, has successfully charmed his audience once again with a song that we just cannot get out of our heads. To listen to Local Bus, tune into YouTube right now.
Warning: the line 'Bondhu tui local bus' is bound to play in your head over and over again, for the rest of the day.
