Unauthorised boats operating in Gulshan Lake again

Law enforcement agencies had restricted movement of boats in the lake between Karail slum and Gulshan-1 after the attack on Holey Artisan Café in Gulshan in 2016.

However, earlier this year some slum dwellers started crossing the river by boats again.
