New Zealand Cricket confirms itinerary for Bangladesh women's series in December

New Zealand Cricket on Wednesday announced the itinerary of their women's team's white-ball series against Bangladesh in December this year.

The women's team will host Bangladesh for three WT20Is and three WODIs which will be their only home assignment of the season.

The White Ferns were originally scheduled to tour Australia in early 2027, but with the inaugural ICC Women's Champions Trophy in Sri Lanka rescheduled to February 2027, the series against Australia will now be played at a later date.

According to the schedule, the tour will start will WT20Is, with opening two matches will be held in Nelson on December 10 and 12. The third and final WT20I will be held in Wellington on December 15.

Meanwhile, Wellington will also host the opening WODI on December 18 while the last two matches will be held in Mount Maunganui on December 21 and 23 respectively.

Bangladesh women's team previously toured New Zealand in 2022 where they lost both the WT20I and WODI series by 3-0 and 1-0 margins.
