PM’s India visit: BNP to brief media tomorrow

BNP will brief the media tomorrow on Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s recent India visit.

“BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir will hold a press conference tomorrow (Tuesday),” Syrul Kabir Khan, an official of Khaleda Zia’s press wing, told The Daily Star tonight.

He, however, could not confirm the time and venue of the press conference.

The decision was taken at a meeting of the party’s standing committee members tonight at the chairperson’s Gulshan office, he said.

The premier arrived Dhaka tonight after concluding a four-day official visit to India.
