Concord hands over luxury residential project Jhorna in Baridhara Diplomatic Zone

Concord Real Estate has completed and handed over Concord Jhorna, a luxury residential project in the Baridhara Diplomatic Zone.

The handover ceremony marked the completion of the project in one of Dhaka’s most prestigious residential areas, which is home to several embassies and high-end residences. Landowners, stakeholders and homeowners attended the event.

The ceremony was also attended by Mustapha Khalid Palash, the principal architect of the project. Concord officials, including the managing director, welcomed homeowners at the new development.

Concord Jhorna consists of nine luxury apartments, with one residence on each floor. The project has been designed to offer large living spaces and a limited number of homes.

Amenities at the building include a heated infinity-edge rooftop pool, landscaped rooftop areas, an air-conditioned lobby and waiting lounge, a modern gym and high-ceiling entrances. The project also offers multiple parking spaces per apartment and full power backup through generators.

Located on Road 1 in Baridhara, the development is aimed at providing a high-end residential option in a quiet and secure neighbourhood. The architectural design combines contemporary elements with functional layouts, according to the developer.

With the handover complete, the project is now ready for families to move in, adding a new residential address to the Baridhara Diplomatic Zone.
