2 BCL leaders suspended over indecent remarks on AL in Jamalpur

Two Bangladesh Chhatra League leaders of Jamalpur have been suspended for making indecent comments on Awami League.

The suspended leaders are Rakibul Hasan Rubel, president of Jamalpur's Dewanganj Upazila BCL and Md Shohel Rana, general secretary of the same upazila unit BCL, reports our local correspondent.

Jamalpur BCL committee also dissolved activities of Dewanganj Upazila unit BCL until further order, said a press release signed by district BCL President Khabirul Islam Khan and General Secretary Nafiul Karim Rabbi this (November 5, 2022) afternoon.

The suspended leaders were also asked to reply to a show-cause notice within the next three working days, added the release.
