Woman’s body recovered from school grounds in Manikganj

Body of a woman aged around 55 has been recovered from school grounds in Manikganj this afternoon (September 7, 2022).

The body was recovered from a government high school, reports our local correspondent quoting Manjur Rahman, sub-inspector of Manikganj Sadar Police Station.

Police are trying to determine the identity of the deceased, the SI said.

On information, police recovered the body from the east side of the school ground, SI Manjur said, adding that they have sent the body to Manikganj Sadar Hospital for an autopsy.

He added that an unnatural death case was filed with the police facility in this connection.
