Rab recovers tear gas gun from Dhaka’s Gopibagh

A Rab team recovered an abandoned tear gas gun from Dhaka's Gopibagh area last night.

Based on a tip-off, a team of Rab-10 recovered the weapon from a field around 9:45pm, said Rab's Senior Assistant Superintendent of Police (Assistant Director-Media) Taposh Sarker in a release.

The tear gas gun had "DMP" embedded on it, read the release.

Rab said it was stolen from a police station after August 6, last year.
