Man, nephew electrocuted in Rajbari

A man and his nephew were electrocuted at Daulatdia in Goalanda upazila of Rajbari early yesterday.

The deceased are Nuru Molla, 75, and Shamim Molla, 32.

ASP Iftekharuzzaman of Rajbari police said, "An electric wire snapped and fell into a waterbody near their house. Nuru and Shamim came in contact with the live wire while they were picking up jute sticks from there."
