Eight air guns seized
Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) in a drive seized eight air guns from Palbari intersection in front of BRTC counter in Jessore town on Tuesday night. The elite force sources said, on secret information that some criminals were staying in the area to sell some firearms, a team of Rab-6 conducted the drive and seized the eight air guns at night. None could be arrested as the gang managed to flee the scene sensing the presence of the law enforcers.
