Bail prayer rejected
A court here on Monday rejected the bail plea of Jamaat-e-Islami ameer of Shajahanpur upazila Abdur Rahim and sent him to jail. He was accused of vandalising and torching three motorbikes during countrywide daylong hartal enforced by18-party alliance on December 11 last year. Secretary of upazila Chhatra League Julfikar Naim filed a case in this connection.
